TERMS OF REFERENCE
In coordination with the Project Coordinator, the (Female) Cashier:
• Is responsible for office cash and keep it Safe
• Ensures Master Roll has been properly filled
• Performs Cash for Work payments according to Master Rolls and CfW documentation
• Checks all payment requests before cash disbursement ensuring that each request is correctly made and it
is approved for payment according to CESVI procedures
• Ensures the maintenance of all physical documentation in respect of Cesvi procedures
• Hands over vouchers for Ginko booking on weekly basis or as required
• Any other tasks delegated by the Project Manager/Country Admininstrator
• She/he works precisely according to procedures, rules and regulations
• She/he should be able to prioritize the work as per project management decisions

Education/Professional Qualification/Experience:
A professional degree in medicine, nutrition, public health, health management, international development, social sciences and/or a related field. At least 5 years of work experience in development sector especially program implementation and report writing.
