Split test different lander, and choose the best one after some testing . Changing Signup button to Click here or may be changing images in the lander can drastically change your conversion rates.
4) If you have a brand new fb ads account. get some dummy ads approved first.
5) Make your first niche related ad. Set the budget to $10 and CPC to the maximum suggested. CPC depends on your CTR and i have got as low as 0.003CPC ;-) . you just have to find ways to entice the user not to leave the page without clicking the ad even if he doesnt give you a conversion. This will help you in getting low CPCs.
6) I make around 5 ads in one campaign only differing in the ad image.
7) Pause the low ctr ads and keep the good one going. Testing and Tracking is really important for scaling things up.
